For your convenience you can schedule your new and follow-up appointment online by clicking the link above or by going to www.piedmont.org and clicking on Find a Doctor and search for Digestive Healthcare of Georgia. You will see a list of the providers in our practice. You can select any available date and time. Your appointment will be confirmed by our front office staff. Due to the nature of our practice, there may be times when your physician has a conflict with the time you have scheduled. Our office will work with you to set up an alternate appointment time that works for you.

Prior to your office visit please complete our patient registration forms and return them to our office by mail or fax if time allows or bring them with you on the day of your appointment. We will scan a copy of your insurance card and driver’s license at the time of your visit. If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care, please obtain this prior to your visit.
